Justice Department slapped with legal action after Jan. 6 footage of Tucker exposes misleading government claims

Joe Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland has received a standing invitation from the father of lies himself to Dante’s Eighth Circle of Hell. This is a circle reserved for fraud. I hope Garland and his ilk can experience a bit of earthly justice before they make their descent.

Lawyer Joseph D. McBride is building a dam against the lies that Democrats have been spreading about what happened at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. public and thus injustice to many J6 prisoners.

“We just filed a motion in USA v. RYAN TAYLOR NICHOLS to stop the government from promoting the false story that police were killed by protesters at J6,” McBride tweeted Friday. He continued, “NO MORE LIES.”

If only it were that easy. Shutting down the raging river of lies perpetuated by the Biden administration will take much more than a legal petition. But this is a start.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson debunked Biden officials’ lies about the January 6 riots this week with new footage of that fateful day. One of the biggest lies was that policemen were killed by protesters during the riots.

Carlson accused Garland of lying on his prime time show. “Joe Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland is a liar. He just lied about something provably false. On that day, January 6, none of the policemen died. No one. Not alone.”

This is not how Garland saw it.

“I think all Americans saw what happened on January 6, and most of us saw it happen,” Garland said, according to CNBC. “It was a brutal attack on a fundamental principle of American democracy.”

He might add that peaceful protests are also a fundamental principle of American democracy, and the vast majority of the protesters that day were just that—peaceful.

Garland went on to report that more than 100 officers were attacked that day and that five officers died. “On that day, we charged more than 1,000 people with crimes, and more than 500 people have already been convicted. I think it’s pretty clear what happened on January 6th.”

Carlson accused Garland of going so far as to imply that five police officers were killed on January 6.

What happened on January 6 was a tragedy. No one in their right mind would deny this. But to suggest that five police officers died at the hands of the protesters is an outright lie.

Context matters. Garland didn’t need to be told that the officers had actually been killed by the protesters. It was enough to hint. The father of lies would be proud. The best lies are supported by hints and insinuations.

I repeat: on January 6, none of the policemen died.

US Capitol Police Officer Brian Siknick Really Died, But It Was a Day after attack. It was determined that his death was due to natural causes and not as a result of protests. Siknik died of two strokes at the base of the brainstem caused by a blood clot in an artery.

Four Capitol and Washington Metropolitan Police officers did die. They committed suicide after riot. The Capitol Police Officers’ Union said about 140 officers were injured during the protests.

Carlson went on to reveal that Liz Cheney’s tweet claiming that Siknik “was killed defending our Capitol from a violent mob on January 6th” is still available to the public.

Garland and Cheney didn’t spin their web of lies alone either. Their favorite leader, Joe Biden, did his part.

In March 2022, Biden deliberately spread myths about the January 6 riots.

“Listen, how would you feel if you saw mobs storm and break down the doors of the British Parliament, kill five policemen, injure 145 – or the German Bundestag, or the Italian parliament?” Biden said. “I think you will be interested. Well, that’s what the rest of the world saw. It’s not who we are. And now, under pressure, we are proving that we are not that country. We are one”.

These kinds of misleading statements made by government officials can tarnish the jury. They can also influence voters.

The lies must stop if America is to survive.

You have to start somewhere. Lawyer McBride is doing his job. His law firm, representing Ryan Taylor Nichols, is seeking a writ of injunction to prevent the prosecution from “stating, citing or presenting government witness statements in court that are inappropriately prejudicial in respect of police deaths wrongly attributed to demonstrations that took place on January 6, 2021” .

Nichols is allegedly implicated in the fire extinguisher incident involving Siknik.

In a 45-page document filed with the court, McBride wrote: “The allegations are serious, the controversy is endless, and the smear tactics used against every January Sixth protester seem to know no bounds,” Longview News said in a report. Magazine.

“Ryan Nichols is grateful that he is not being tried in the court of public opinion and that the benefit of the doubt, as well as the presumption of release, supports this statement, which he now respectfully submits to that court.”

“At some point, a man hands Nichols a bottle that looks like a fire extinguisher,” the document continues. “Nichols admits that he directed it to officers who sprayed people with the substance and sprayed them back. The spray does not seem to have any effect on anyone,” the document says. “Ryan has no idea what was in the bottle.”

Given the fact that Siknik is shown walking around the Capitol in the video posted by Carlson, the lies of the left are exposed to the light of truth. Good for McBride and those lawyers who are looking for justice, not the political exploitation of tragic deaths.

McBride’s motion prevented the prosecution from even insinuating that the fire extinguisher incident was related to Siqnick’s death. If they do, McBride will call D.C. Chief Medical Examiner Francisco Diaz as an expert witness to rebut such a claim.

When the US government deliberately lies to promote a fictional story that unfairly unleashes injustice on political prisoners on January 6th, the government no longer serves one nation under God. He serves a new owner.

He serves the father of lies. We all know who it is.
