In Brooklyn, a man stabbed his ex-girlfriend to death

On Monday, a man fatally stabbed an ex-girlfriend with whom he lived at their home in Brooklyn, according to police and sources, on Monday.

The 71-year-old attacker stabbed the victim in their shared apartment on Linden Boulevard. Near E. 43rd Street in East Flatbush, police said.

At one point early Monday morning, he repeatedly stabbed the 58-year-old woman in the back.

When he finished, he entered the 67th NYPD Precinct and told the police what he had done.

The police rushed to the apartment, where around 15:45 they found the woman’s lifeless body on the bed.

Her roommate was arrested and charges were filed against him late Monday night.

The woman’s name was not immediately released as police worked to notify her family of her death.
