Biden quietly makes a mysterious financial move in Delaware amid Hunter’s legal troubles

President Joe Biden has taken a still inexplicable and oddly calculated $250,000 line of credit to his Delaware beach home as investigations into his son Hunter’s shady business dealings continue to mount, on top of ongoing questions about his own impending classified document. scandal.

Early last month, it was reported that Biden had signed paperwork for a $2.74 million floating-rate line of credit from M&T Bank against his Rehoboth, Delaware, beach home on Dec. 5, Fox News reported.

Another example of the lack of transparency on the part of the White House is that, despite the fact that the loan was known to the public for almost a month, Biden’s public relations team ignored all media questions about what the loan was supposed to be repaid for or why it the president was taken.

The White House confirmed the loan but declined to answer further questions.

Indeed, during a meeting aboard Air Force One last month, Biden spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre was questioned directly about the loan, but instead of responding, she passed the request on to another White House branch.

“Yes, I’ve seen reports about it,” Jean Pierre said, according to Fox News. “I would just refer you to the White House Counsel’s office.”

To date, however, the White House Counsel’s office has declined to answer any questions about the loan.

The Delaware beach house is the same property that Biden spent more than $500,000 in taxpayer money on, building a wall around himself to keep outsiders out.

The barrier was started early in his presidency, just as he was still boasting about how he canceled the construction of walls on our southern border that President Donald Trump had begun.

The Beach House is also one of the locations recently raided by the FBI after it was shockingly discovered that Biden had illegally stored classified government documents in his garage in Wilmington, Delaware, and his former office in Washington.

The documents scandal erupted just a year after Biden was seen on television criticizing Donald Trump for illegally keeping documents in his Florida home and five years after he told a reporter he had no access to classified documents. .

To date, the FBI has searched at least four locations for illegally held classified documents, including two of his homes in Delaware, his offices in Washington, D.C., and his records vault at the University of Delaware. We still do not have a complete record of all the secret documents found in these places.

The discovery prompted Attorney General Merrick Garland to appoint U.S. Attorney Robert Hoore as a special adviser in mid-January to investigate Biden’s handling of classified documents.

Credit issues arise even as serious questions surrounding Hunter’s shady multi-million dollar business deals continue to hang around the President’s neck and the Republican-led House of Representatives begins ramping up investigations into his son’s finances and taxes.

Republicans launched several investigations, many of which relied on the release of “suspicious activity reports” by banks related to many of Hunter’s foreign dealings. These messages concern many of his transactions in China, Ukraine and a number of other foreign countries.

Hunter is also accused of violating U.S. disclosure laws by never registering as a representative of a foreign government and violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Many of his deals, especially in Russia, China and Ukraine, were with companies and organizations directly associated with those governments, but Hunter never registered as a foreign representative here in the US, as required by law.

Many of the investigations into Hunter’s likely illegal activities were prompted by the discovery of a laptop Hunter had carelessly left unclaimed at a Delaware computer repair shop, which contained a hard drive full of incriminating documents, emails, photographs, and other evidence.

The laptop was initially labeled as “Russian disinformation” by almost all left-wing media outlets as well as dishonest members of the federal government, but it was eventually revealed that the laptop and its contents were 100% real and indeed belonged to the president’s son.

With all these questions and investigations swirling around them, Joe and Hunter deserve another dubious honor. In the history of our federal government, they are the first father-son duo to be under federal investigation for both separate violations of federal laws.

This refusal to answer questions about a loan for his Delaware beach home is yet another example of the Biden regime’s total opacity, raising suspicions that it was one of the most corrupt presidents in modern history.
