Women Gun Owners React to Biden’s Massive Gun Seizure: “Joe, Go Get It”

A group of women reacted Wednesday in a video released by the NRA after President Joe Biden demanded the disarmament of millions of Americans during his State of the Union address.

On Tuesday, Biden proposed a mass seizure of weapons, and, naturally, he did it because he politicized the tragedy. Biden spoke about the actions of a young man who saved lives last month when he disarmed a madman with gun in Southern California.

Biden backed Brandon Tsai, whose heroism ended another potential rampage by the Monterey Park shooter on the dance floor in the city of Alhambra.

“He saved lives,” Biden said of his special guest in an apparent attempt to promote the left’s radical anti-gun agenda. “The time has come for us to do the same. Ban assault weapons once and for all.”

“We’ve done this before. I led the fight to ban them in 1994,” he told State of the Union. “For 10 years, the ban was the law, mass executions began to decline. After we let it expire in the Republican administration, the number of mass shootings tripled.”

Biden was referring to the 1994 Federal Assault Weapons Ban, which, even if it had gone into effect last month, would not have prevented the tragedy in California.

A group of women who chose to exercise their Second Amendment rights to sport, hunt and self-defense responded to Biden’s comments about their guns.

In a video posted on the NRA’s Twitter, the women flaunted their guns, told Biden the real facts of gun ownership, and also sent the president a clear message with just five strong words: “Joe, go get it.”

“Dear Joe Biden,” one woman said to the camera. “We are not terrorists. We are not the enemy. We are good guys.”

Another woman in the video told Biden that ordinary Americans own more than 30 million AR-15 rifles, in case he didn’t know.

Another woman holding her baby reacted to Biden’s scathing comments by stating, “Tell that to the pregnant mother who saved her babies with the AR-15.”

The video is actually an educational opportunity for anyone interested in the role of the modern rifle in self defense. It is also an opportunity to learn the truth about the 1994 gun ban.

In the 10 years that the “assault weapons” ban has been in place, the country’s homicide rate has actually increased by almost 20 percent, according to the NRA.

It’s the data that matters.

Biden disingenuously linked the California killings to the mythical “assault weapon” that he and many other anti-gun activists constantly refer to. “Assault weapon” is a disingenuous term meant to demonize popular sporting rifles and the people who own them.

The simple truth that the NRA video effectively illustrates is that, barring isolated and tragic incidents, most gun crimes are committed with a firearm. Also, for many women, guns are the absolute equalizer.

Tighter gun control will punish millions of Americans, including women, by making them more vulnerable to violent crime.

It is clear by now that Biden Democrats are not serious about keeping Americans safe.
