Todd and Julie Chrisley must report to Florida jails.

ATLANTA – Todd and Julie Chrisley are due to report to a Florida prison to begin serving their sentences following their convictions for bank fraud and tax evasion last year.

According to the Justice Department, a US District Court judge in Atlanta sentenced Todd Chrisley to 12 years in prison and Julie Chrisley to seven years. After that, everyone must serve three years under supervision and pay restitution.

Todd and Julie Crisley are to begin serving their sentences in two different federal prisons in Florida.

DOCUMENTS GIVE DETAILS ABOUT TODD CRESLEY’S TIME IN PRISON

On Tuesday, Todd Chrisley will report to Florida’s FPC Pensacola maximum security prison, where he will serve for more than a decade. After Chrisley has served time in prison, he will be released for three years under supervision. Julie Chrisley will serve seven years at the FCI Marianna SCP in Marianna, Florida.

Court records showed the judge dismissed the Chrisley Knows Best couple’s appeal for bail. The court also rejected their request to delay the date of extradition for another three weeks.

Todd and Julie Crisley found guilty of tax evasion

In June, the couple were found guilty of tax evasion and embezzling more than $30 million in fraudulent loans from local banks.

Prosecutors said the couple neglected to repay the loan when Todd Crisley filed for bankruptcy. While in bankruptcy, they started their reality show and “flaunted their wealth and lifestyle to the American public,” prosecutors wrote, then hid the millions they made from the show from the IRS. Julie Chrisley was also convicted of wire fraud and obstruction of justice.

The Chrisleys rose to fame with their show “Chrisley Knows Best”, which featured their close-knit family on the USA Network. The couple has spent millions on designer branded clothing, luxury cars and real estate, including two mansions in Nashville, Tennessee that are reportedly worth around $9 million.

In addition to the jail time, the couple were ordered to immediately pay more than $17 million in restitution to the banks from which they swindled millions, according to court documents.

Peter Tarantino, an accountant hired by the couple, was found guilty of defrauding the United States and willfully filing false tax returns. He will serve three years in prison.
