Police say homeless veterinarian arrested for hate crime in attacking Asian woman in Manhattan

Police said a homeless man who attacked an Asian woman in Manhattan on New Year’s Eve and spewed racial slurs during the attack was detained on Sunday on charges of a hate crime.
