Men arrested for holding teenager at gunpoint after playing ditch

Two Texas men were arrested for allegedly stalking and holding a teenager at gunpoint after a ding-dong game went wrong.

According to court documents obtained by KSAT, Michael Aguero and Richard Dietz were arrested by San Antonio police on Friday and charged with aggravated robbery in connection with the January 14 incident.

Police said a group of teenagers were running around the neighborhood near Nash Avenue, ringing doorbells and running away.

However, at some point, one of the teenagers lagged behind.

According to police, Dietz hit the teenager and yelled for him to kneel when he caught up with him. Aguero then drove up with a gun and demanded that the teenager hand over his identity card.

The teenager told the men that he did not have his ID with him. They then demanded his mobile phone and left the scene, according to SAPD.

Dietz was identified by a teenager in line, and Aguero was later identified as an armed man.

The teenager’s phone was returned.

The couple was incarcerated in the Bexar County Jail. Their bonds are set at $50,000 each.
