These alleged crimes span multiple states and Canada, where Chasing Horse was charged with rape in 2018 in British Columbia.

He was also indicted by the Attorney’s Office of the Fort Peck Tribe in Montana with one count of aggravated sexual assault in connection with a 2005 rape.
