An officer at the scene at a Level Up Exotics store on West 125th Street in Manhattan on Saturday, February 11, 2023.

The victim, 42-year-old Alfred Johnson, was shot in the neck and chest at around 10 p.m. in a store. He ran to the nearest Shake Shack restaurant across the street, where he passed out.

An ambulance took Johnson to a Harlem hospital but failed to save him.
