A 29-year-old man died in a shooting near a deli in Brooklyn

A 29-year-old man was killed in a shooting near a Brooklyn grocery store on Sunday, police said.

The victim got into a fight with several people near Dani Delice on Avenue U near E. 29th St., police said. in Sheepshead Bay around 20:25.

At least one man pulled out a gun and shot the man in the chest.

Medics took him to a Coney Island hospital, but they could not save him.

Police are still searching for the people who fled the scene. There were no immediate arrests.

The victim’s name has not been released as police are searching for his family.
