White House says no evidence of ‘alien or extraterrestrial’ activity in downed objects

The White House says there is “no” evidence of any “alien or extraterrestrial activity” in connection with recent “destructions” of unidentified flying objects in recent days following the Chinese spy balloon.

After the US military shot down several objects over US and Canadian airspace, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said at a press briefing on Monday that there was no evidence of “alien or extraterrestrial activity.”

“I just wanted to make sure we are solving this from the White House: I know there have been questions and concerns about this, but there are no – again no – indications of aliens or extraterrestrial activity in these recent takedowns,” Jean-Pierre said. . .

The spokesman’s statement came a day after General Glen VanHerke said “I’ll let the intelligence community and the counterintelligence community sort this out” and that he “didn’t rule anything out” when asked during a briefing about whether he establishes the extraterrestrial origin of objects shot down by the US

On Sunday, Breitbart News reported that the US military had shot down an unidentified flying object over Michigan, the fourth US military downed object in eight days.

Earlier this month, the US shot down a Chinese spy balloon over the Atlantic Ocean off the Carolinas after it flew over the US mainland for several days. Even though US officials knew about the balloon days before it was shot down, the news only broke after American citizens discovered a spy balloon hovering over their homes.

Senator Marquain Mullin (R-OK), who sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee, argued that the Chinese spy balloon was gathering information about US infrastructure, not military installations.

“I think they were looking specifically at our infrastructure or specifically at our infrastructure as we bring crude oil and petroleum products from Alaska to the Lower 48s,” admitted the Oklahoma senator. “If you look at the flight pattern, where it came from, where it crossed, [it] I am very suspicious why he flew this pattern when they say he is out of control. I don’t believe it was one beat.”

“I think they clearly wanted to see if they could disrupt the supply of petroleum products in case we came into conflict with them,” he added.

All of this ended up escalating tensions between Washington and China days before President Joe Biden was due to address Congress.
