On Tuesday, TMZ confirmed the news that Lohan, 36, and her husband Bader Shammas are “starting a family…she’s got a bun in the oven.”

“We are very excited about the arrival of our new family member and look forward to the next chapter of our lives!” Lohan told the publication about this.

The Sun reported that Lohan has been four months old and quoted her father, Michael Lohan, as saying he was thrilled with the couple’s news.

“I’m really, really happy for Lindsey and Bader,” he told the publication. “I think she will make an incredible mother. She has a very maternal instinct.”

Michael Lohan said he was not sure where the family would settle.
