Watch: Karine Jean-Pierre ends press briefing without answering a single question from Peter Doucey

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre declined to be interviewed by Fox News’ Peter Doucey during her press briefing.

When she stepped away from the pulpit on Friday, Dusi could be seen raising her hand in the air in an attempt to ask a question and repeating “Karin” repeatedly.

However, she left without answering his question.

‘Don’t be offended’: Biden laughs as reporters are escorted out of the Oval Office amid questions about classified documents

The White House press secretary does not have a mandate to address opposition journalists during every press briefing.

Each administration will have at least one reporter who asks questions they think are “incomprehensible” or simply tries to make their network or publication sound good.

And Doucy certainly asked Jean-Pierre and Biden some hard-hitting questions about how the president handles classified documents.

“Regarding these documents, how can you be so irresponsible? … Isn’t that what this president says about the mishandling of classified documents?” Doucey asked, quoting Biden about former President Donald Trump.

During the interrogation, Jean-Pierre looked at him with a blank expression that seemed to express a sense of disappointment.

On Thursday, a Fox News reporter told Biden that classified documents were found in his garage.

“X-Files next to your Corvette? What were you thinking?” he asked.

And later that day, he suggested that the White House was “trying to hide” something in the case with classified documents.

Jean-Pierre said that the White House is not hiding anything.

After several days in a row of answering difficult questions from reporters who analyze almost every word, one can understand the desire to skip Dusi’s questions for a day.

But when there are questions about how transparent the administration is, even from leading journalists, pretending to be hiding from what some viewers might consider difficult issues won’t help the administration’s image.
