Twenty7tec APPLY Updates Nationwide Integration

Twenty7tec has announced an update to its APPLY integration with the Nationwide Building Society. This update will increase the percentage of pre-populated data exchanged between APPLY and Nationwide’s intermediary shopping portal, NFI Online, and will provide a Purchase Decision Decision (DIP) certificate along with an automated property valuation decision in the submission module.

APPLY streamlines the application process by acting as a single point of contact for all application-related data, documents and messages.

The update will now see the creation of the DIP certificate in APPLY. If details of the property are provided, brokers will also be able to obtain a valuation and receive a warning if, for any reason, the Company is unable to pledge the property. In addition, at least 95% of the data will be pre-loaded into NFI Online, greatly reducing the broker’s need for re-entry of data.

Nathan Reilly, director of customer experience, Twenty7tec noted, “We have been working with the Nationwide team for several years to continually improve the consultant application process. With significant improvements to the APPLY integration in 2022, we are excited to take another positive step forward, bringing users an even more efficient journey in early 2023.”

Andy Tilsley, Head of Digital Relations Mediation, Nationwide Building Society commented: “We continue to demonstrate our commitment to digitizing the mortgage process, with technology being key to improving the services we offer to brokers and their clients. The use of APIs means that brokers no longer need to enter their clients’ data into separate systems in order to promote an application faster than ever before, getting a Fundamental Decision. These latest enhancements focus on simplicity and efficiency. We very much look forward to continuing to work with Twenty7tec to further improve the services we offer brokers.”
