Sex scam: Men arrive at Plano’s house and scare innocent homeowner

Elaine White said the men started coming to her house in August, saying they were there to see someone or had a “meeting”.

PLANO, Texas. Elaine White moved into her home in Plano over seven years ago and describes it as a “beautiful and quiet” neighborhood.

While much of this is still true, in the past six months she has faced a problem that has deeply upset her: the revolving door of men coming to her house looking for someone and something that she is not.

“My name is not Kelly or Rhonda, and I don’t call Nikki. My name is Elaine White and that’s my birth name,” she told WFAA.

White said the men started coming to her house in August, saying they were there to see someone or had a “meeting”. She has since learned that the men who come to her door are made for sex.

Plano police told the WFAA that the men responded to the sex ad, paid, and received White’s address.

“I love visitors, but I don’t like these visitors. They are mean, dirty people. I don’t like them,” White said. “They come in all shapes, sizes, colors, creeds, they’re all here!”

Since August, more than two dozen men have come to her door. Caught on her Ring cameras, they often carry beer.

“We just need to try to figure out which websites are hosting this information,” said Jennifer Chapman of the Plano Police Department.

It got to the point that White even hung eight safety signs on the porch. One plaque is boldly tinted with red paint and reads “Kelly doesn’t live here!”

White told WFAA that Plano police came to the house several times. According to her, the officers know her name, react quickly and understand what is happening.

“She won’t stand for it,” Chapman said.

White showed the WFAA her gun, which she carries with her from room to room. She said she brings it with her every time she opens the door.

For the first few months, she closed the curtains and hid.

She does not understand why men resort to such behavior.

“They say you can go to a bar and get it. Go there! Or stay at home and get it from your wife!” White said.

Plano police said that those who come to their door could be initially charged with a criminal trespass, and other charges may follow.

“Unknown danger. But I’m fine. I am stronger and will do whatever I want,” she said.
