Report: Soros spent over $40 million to elect U.S. district attorneys

Billionaire George Soros has spent over $40 million to elect far-left district attorneys with an agenda to decriminalize a number of crimes selected across the United States.

Investments published in New York Post by author Matt Palumbo, means that “Soros-backed district attorneys (and their ideological allies) now represent at least one-fifth of Americans.”

Last year, Breitbart News published a list of the “Soros Dozen” district attorneys of major cities who were elected thanks to Soros’ financial support, vowing to tip the weight of justice in favor of defendants, suspected crimes, alleged victims and the attorney general. public.

Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon, for example, was backed by Soros and, immediately after winning office, launched a taxpayer-funded effort to help illegal criminals avoid deportation, announced that he would not prosecute a number of crimes, canceled bail, and refused to seek the death penalty for suspects accused of even the most serious crimes.

Most recently, the Soros-backed Loudoun County, Virginia Attorney Commonwealth Attorney Buta Biberage announced a range of crimes for which she will not prosecute. These crimes include hitting property, evading police, reckless driving under 90 miles per hour, and trespassing.

Other district attorneys elected with Soros support include Cook County State Attorney Kim Fox, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, Dallas County District Attorney John Crusoe, Bexar County District Attorney Joe Gonzalez, Phoenix District Attorney Paul Penzone, St. Louis District Attorney Kim Gardner, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, and Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby.
