The officers blocked the streets while the negotiators tried to lure Jamieson out.

The Dallas Fire and Rescue Department says Jamison became more accommodating after heavy rain hit the area early Tuesday morning.

In the end, he was put on seat belts and lowered to the ground. Jamison was then taken to a local hospital for examination.

He is on $10,000 bail.
