Man killed in NYC hit-and-run crash

A 66-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Brooklyn on Saturday, police said.

The man was crossing Fourth Avenue midblock between 58th and 59th streets in Sunset Park around 6:45 p.m. when he was struck by an unknown gray vehicle traveling southbound on the avenue, according to police.

The driver fled the scene, cops said.

No arrests have been made in the hit and run.

The victim was transported by EMS to NYU Langone Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police said the investigation is ongoing.
