Lotto Texas Jackpot Hits $32.25 Million Ahead of Wednesday Draw

Austin (CBSDFW.COM) — After no one hit the jackpot in Monday’s draw, Lotto Texas’ top prize is now valued at a whopping $32.25 million.

The jackpot was the third largest in North America ahead of Wednesday night’s draw. The winner – if there is one – can also accept a cash award of around $19.6 million.

If no one wins today’s draw, the next draw will take place on Saturday, January 21, 2023, with an estimated value of $33 million.

This is the largest Lotto Texas jackpot played since September 30, 2022, when the top prize reached around $47 million. This jackpot was won by a Seguin resident who bought a ticket to Pic N Pac.

Last year, according to the lottery, six people won the Lotto Texas jackpots. The most recent winner was a resident of Katy who received a $19 million prize for a draw on September 17, 2022.

The biggest jackpot in the game’s history was a $145 million prize won on June 19, 2004 by an El Paso resident.
