“A replica of a quaint Italian street in the back of the house is certainly a standout feature,” Douglas Elliman’s broker Michelle Sullivan told The Post of the six-bedroom, four-bath listing, which is currently asking for $6.5 million. “How often do you come across a property that not only has all the modern conveniences, but can take you to another continent in minutes? … It’s a great way to have fun or just “escape” with a glass of wine and a sausage board.”
