Las Vegas home with fake Italian backyard street up for sale for $6.5 million

Mamma Mia, this fake Euro block is a real site!

For those who wanted to immortalize this holiday in Italy but didn’t have the vision to create it, this wild new list could be a dream come true. Located in the gated Ridges area of Las Vegas, this over 9,700-square-foot mansion boasts a unique surprise on the outside. And you don’t need a plane ticket to escape.

“A replica of a quaint Italian street in the back of the house is certainly a standout feature,” Douglas Elliman’s broker Michelle Sullivan told The Post of the six-bedroom, four-bath listing, which is currently asking for $6.5 million. “How often do you come across a property that not only has all the modern conveniences, but can take you to another continent in minutes? … It’s a great way to have fun or just “escape” with a glass of wine and a sausage board.”

That’s right – on this list, the recreation of a street in Italy is the most notable. The cobbled alley culminates in Ristorante Jaredino (named after the owners’ son Jared), Allison Cioccolato chocolate shop (named after their daughter Allison) and Chez Andre, a wine and cheese shop (named after their other son, Andy), Lara Stone, who sells the complex with her ex-husband, the founder of the assessment company David Stone, told the Wall Street Journal.

The owners are big fans of Italy and paid tribute to it by recreating one of its streets.

Although none of the Stones are Italian, they are big fans of the country. They had the idea to turn the light well next to their basement into a tribute to the nation after Lara’s mother saw a fresco of France on the wall of a mall.

According to Lara, this setup is a big hit at parties. “It’s a very relaxing atmosphere,” she described.

Meanwhile, in the main house, other entertainment features include a living room with a fireplace and a master bedroom on the second floor with a gym, private balcony and fire pit. There is a summer kitchen, swimming pool and basketball court. Take the elevator down to the basement where there is a home theater and a temperature-controlled wine room for 600 bottles.
