Gallery: Photos of 2021 I-35W Cluster released with NTSB report

FORT WORTH, TX — The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) released an extensive report on Wednesday about a February 2021 I-35W run-down in Fort Worth that killed six people and injured dozens.

Along with a timeline of events, multiple eyewitness accounts, weather and road information, the report also included 18 photographs showing the extent of the catastrophic road crash that morning nearly two years ago.

All photographs included in the report were taken by the Fort Worth Police Department (FWPD).
