Former NCIS star found Austin Majors dead

Forensic documents show that the cause of death is still being investigated.

His family described Austin as “creative, bright and loving” in a statement.

“Austin cherished and was extremely proud of his acting career. He had never met a stranger since he was a small child and his mission in life was to make others happy. “Then the verdict continued.

“He loved hiking and fishing with his family and the Boy Scouts growing up in a rural town. He loved Balla, the horse he grew up on, and his dog Sunny.”

His sister, Kali’s fondest memories of her brother, are also mentioned in the statement, and they include “growing up with him on set, working at events with Kids With a Cause, and camping out together.”

Austin, who was 27 years old, died.

We will always miss Austin because he was such a son, brother, grandson and nephew that we were proud of.

Austin, a USC School of Cinematic Arts graduate, is best known for his role as Theo Sipowicz on the ABC police procedural program NYPD Blue. However, he also appeared in the third season of NCIS as Jeremy Hodges.

Later, the actor received episodic roles in a number of famous TV shows, including ER, American Dad and Desperate Housewives.

His last professional appearance was as 12-year-old Matthew starring on the CBS series How I Met Your Mother in a fourth season episode that aired in 2009.

Austin has worked in film as well as television, appearing in a number of films, including Nevada, Treasure Planet, The Price of Air, and A Random Christmas.

On Facebook, Kali also commemorated her brother’s death and wrote, “Austin, my older brother, is not here. He died in one night. It still seems so strange to me. He had so much time to live and he was only 27 years old.”
