Feminists furious over Tiger Woods’ gift to Justin Thomas after he passed him

Tiger Woods is back playing competitive golf but already having trouble waking up, the feminist left to get her “gift” to golf partner Justin Thomas after he beat Thomas in a driving match on Thursday.

After a seven-month hiatus, Woods appeared at the Genesis Invitational and finished five strokes behind the leader with a score of 69, 2 under par.

Woods was on a team with his good friend Justin Thomas along with Rory McIlroy who was the third member of the team. And although Woods didn’t particularly impress everyone with his scores, by the ninth tee he found himself a bright spot.

After Woods made a longer shot than either Thomas or McIlroy, Woods had a special gift for the younger player, and the whole thing was caught on video, USA Today reports.

Woods teeed for 323 yards, while Thomas only shot for 313 yards. And that was the moment Tiger had been waiting for, because as the two of them started down the fairway, Woods slipped a tampon into Thomas’ hand.

Thomas wasn’t the only one in the hole. McIlroy also noted that he was a bit annoyed that the Tiger was passing him, and later commented that he had better spend some time on the training ground so that the Tiger would not pass him in the future.

Was Tiger Woods’ joke with Justin Thomas offensive?

“I’m going to work at the range. I took my driver up to the attic earlier in the week, I may have to turn it off again,” McIlroy said. “I don’t like that he hits past me.”

Overall, Woods had a pretty good day, with three birds in a row before the end of the second round.

“I didn’t want to be the idiot host to miss this in front of everyone after I’m just a birdie,” Woods said, according to ESPN. “It was a great round.”

However, good performance or not, not everyone was amused by Tiger’s tampon joke. Many feminists on social media attacked Woods for misogyny.

Christine Brennan of USA Today called Woods a bad “girl dad” for his tampon joke. Brennan criticized Tiger for using a tampon to essentially say, “You play like a girl.”

Really, Tiger? Brennan groaned. “What a strange act for a “girl dad”. His daughter Sam, now 15, grew up playing football and had just entered a tournament in Florida when she came to see him win the Masters in 2019.”

Brennan was hardly alone. Many have jumped on social media to make feminist rebukes to Woods.

But, twitter is twitter, not everyone agreed with the awakened feminists. Many took it as a harmless joke.

Nathan Matin immediately turned to the provocateurs, noticing that they said that men can menstruate, but also angry that two men picked up a tampon.

Another Twitter user pointed out that liberals have been trying to get tampons in men’s bathrooms for years.

And the liberal sports reporter also found the backlash against the Tiger too strong.

Finally, if one wants technical information, female golfers absolutely cannot dribble as far as male golfers. If you just want to look at the numbers, top PGA men’s golfer Cameron Young has a top throw of 316 yards, while top LPGA golfer Maria Fasso averages just 279 yards. Statistics show that the average distance for men is 290.7 yards, while for women it is only 257.5. So “playing like a girl” in PGA really means someone is falling behind.

Whatever the case, this is just another example of left-wing sports media looking for perspective rather than just covering sports.
