Cochise County The sheriff’s office that filed the search request was looking for Australian citizen who stuck on Thursday.

AMO crew members located the hiker and carried out a rescue operation on the lift. The traveler, whose identity has not been released, was brought downstairs to await evaluation by deputies and emergency personnel.

A video of the dramatic rescue was released by CBP.

CBP said its AMO agents saved 60 people this fiscal year.
