Carrollton Shelter Hosts Special Valentine’s Day Pet Adoption Program

Love is in the air and what better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than to adopt a new friend!

Operation Kindness has reduced the adoption fee to $14 for dogs over 40 pounds. This promotion will take place this Saturday and Sunday, February 11-12.

In Operation Kindness, new needy pets will appear every day to find their perfect mate.
