A man charged in a Galveston golf cart accident that killed 4 people has been arrested for violating bail in Rosenberg.

ROSENBERG, Texas — A man was arrested Friday night in Rosenberg accused of a fatal accident that killed four people in a golf cart in Galveston, authorities said.

Miguel Espinoza, 45, has been charged with four counts of manslaughter while intoxicated after investigators said he hit a family of four, including two children, while riding a golf cart in August.

On Friday, Rosenberg police officers received reports of Espinoza, who may have violated bail. This is stated in the message of the department on Facebook. It is not known when Espinoza broke up.

Officers found that Espinoza was allegedly driving without a lockout device. He was later taken into custody

Officials said his bail violation was directed to Galveston County.
