Man arrested in murder of Lewisville pawnshop owner

LEWISVILLE (CBSNewsTexas.com) – One of three men wanted in connection with the suspect Murder of a pawnshop owner in North Texas was arrested, according to Lewisville police
On Saturday, February 25, around 6:00 pm, the Lewisville Police Department detained JayTevon Marquise Johnson in Dallas. He was then transferred to Lewisville Prison and charged with capital murder. His bail was set at $1 million.
Police suspect Johnson and two other men are responsible for an attempted armed robbery of a pawnshop in Lewisville on Feb. 14. During the robbery, one of the men shot the 54-year-old shop owner in the chest.
The suspects then fled south in a red Ford Escape SUV. The owner later died in the hospital.
The police are still looking for the other two men. The investigation is ongoing.
