Yummy Fusion opens at Windsor Center in East Windsor

EAST WINDSOR, NJ (MERCER) – Mayor Janice S. Mironov and Council members Denise Daniels, David Russell and John Zoller joined co-owners Tony and Anna Gao and staff at the grand opening of the new Yummy Fusion Restaurant at the Windsor Center at the Route 130 South junction and Route 571.

Mayor Mironov said: “We welcome and congratulate the Yummy Fusion family restaurant on its opening in the renowned East Windsor mall. The City is appreciating Yummy Fusion’s investment in East Windsor, adding another selection of eateries to East Windsor’s many diverse dining options.”

Yummy Fusion, a family restaurant located in the premises formerly occupied by Sushi King, offers a wide selection of sushi and a sushi bar. The restaurant also serves a wide variety of popular Asian dishes, including chicken, beef, shrimp, vegetables and hibachi, as well as noodles and fried rice. Yummy Fusion joins other companies Windsor Center, Aldi, Staples, Petco, Ross Dress for Less and Retro Fitness. For the convenience of customers, the restaurant offers delivery of food and drinks to take away. Yummy Fusion’s current hours of operation are Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm for lunch and Tuesday to Thursday from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Friday and Saturday from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm and Sunday at 15:00. until 21:30 for dinner.
