HOUSTON The family of a man who was shot the day before Valentine’s Day is asking the public for help in identifying a suspect, according to the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Unit.
Matthew Francis was shot dead on February 13 at 13:20 in the 12600 block of Dunlap Street.
It is not known what caused the shooting. Information about the suspect has not been released.
Crime Stoppers can offer up to $5,000 for information that would identify the shooter in this case.
