WANTED: Suspect responsible for Sexual Assault

HOUSTON, TX — Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Sexual Assault.

On Sunday, October 16, 2022, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the victim was sexually assaulted in the 5800 block of Woodway Dr. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the suspect approached the victim from behind and held a sharp object to their neck. The suspect attempted to sexual assault the victim. Luckily, the victim fought back and freed themselves from the suspect’s control. The suspect fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction of travel.

The suspect is an olive skin toned male in his late 20’s or early 30’s, approximately 5’11” in height with short brown hair.
