WANTED: Suspect responsible for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child

HOUSTON, TX — Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Special Victims Division need the public’s assistance locating fugitive (Carlos Rene Chicas Lazo) who is wanted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.

On Thursday June 10, 2021, the Houston Police Department received a report of Sexual Abuse that occurred in the 8600 block of Pitner Rd. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the child victim made an outcry of sexual abuse by the fugitive Carlos Lazo that occurred from June 2014 to June 2019.

Fugitive Carlos Lazo is a Hispanic male, 49 years old, approximately 5’6”, 230 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair.
