Volusia Sheriff to Discuss ‘Hate Group Activity’ in County
Volusia Sheriff Mike Chitwood is due to hold a new conference Friday to discuss “recent hate group activity” that has been seen in the county, according to the sheriff’s office.
MPs said the conference would be held at 3901 Tiger Bay Road in Daytona Beach, although no further details were provided on the specific events being discussed.
Chitwood held a similar briefing last month after several incidents of anti-Semitic behavior were reported in Volusia County.
