Video Description

At the beginning of the almost one and a half minute video, three people are shown, one of whom lies on the curb separating the sidewalk from the road. Eventually one of the three men leaves.

The man standing over the man who was lying down had a gun in his hand, so the man who was either filming the video or who was in the room ordered the other man to call the police.

The man with the gun, believed to be Thomas, continued to stand over the man on the side of the road who didn’t seem to care what was going on around him.

You can watch the video in the following tweet:

The would-be shooter loads the weapon while quietly standing over the victim. A gunshot can be heard shortly after he points a gun at a man who is sitting on the side of the road looking at him. Oh my god, he just killed him, you can hear the man talking as the camera zooms out of the scene.

The video of the shooting was circulated and posted by many people. Users re-posted the video after it was taken down at some point and scolded District Attorney Kim Gardner.

The state governor and attorney general demanded that the George Soros-backed prosecutor resign from office, allegedly for failing to fulfill his duties. Prior to her latest fiasco involving a 16-year-old volleyball player who was hit by a car and lost both of her legs, Gardner also had a backstory rife with allegations of misconduct and mishandling.

Daniel Riley, who was charged with the incident, was out on bail pending trial for an armed robbery that happened in 2020 and did not have a driver’s license. According to reports from the area, he also violated the terms of his bail at least 50 times.
