Van Horn’s man was sentenced to 99 years in prison for sexually abusing a child.

VAN HORN, Texas. The Van Horn man is now in custody and will serve 99 years in prison on charges of sexually abusing a child.

Simon “Chungo” Flores, 57, was found guilty in 2008 of five counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, four counts of indecent conduct with a child, and two counts of indecency of a child. Since then, Flores has been a fugitive and has lived in Mexico.

Flores never showed up for court, so he was defended by the defense team in his absence. A criminal case arose in the Alps after a change of venue was allowed. Flores is also interested in the disappearance of Van Horn man Hubert Valdez.

After all, Flores was recently captured after failing to re-enter the United States.
