An incident involving an 18-wheeler truck occurred early Friday morning in San Antonio, near downtown, causing a complete roadblock on Interstate 35 near the AT&T Center. The incident took place around 6 a.m. on the east side of downtown on I-35 South, between Splashtown and Coliseum Road.
