Three people hit by a car in a separate accident; Driver on the run, Dallas police say

DALLAS. Dallas police are looking for a driver who collided with three people while they themselves were handling a car accident, officials said.

The sergeant at the scene told the WFAA that it all started with a minor accident involving two vehicles. The people involved in the accident were standing near their cars when someone hit them while driving a Kia Soul.

According to police, the driver of the Kia jumped out of the car and fled the scene.

The injured were taken to the hospital and were expected to recover. Police said the escaped suspect would be charged as soon as he was caught.
