Thousands of people lost power in Pflugerville after a semi-trailer crashed into a power pylon.

About 3,600 Oncor customers lost power on Friday morning in Pflugerville after a semi-trailer crashed into a power pylon.

Oncor says the truck cut off the feeder line around 8:30 am.

The Pflugerville Leisure Center and utility billing office were forced to close due to power outages.

The mayor’s office lost internet and phones, the library also lost internet, and traffic lights all over the city didn’t work.

Oncor says all power was restored by 0021, once crews were able to replace the tower.
