Thief wanted after armed robbery of Chase Bank in Palm Springs

PALM SPRINGS, Florida. Palm Springs police are looking for a man who robbed a bank last week while brandishing a firearm.

The investigator reported that the thief broke into the Chase Bank, located at 2603 Tenth Avenue North, on January 21 at 13:35.

He then approached the bank teller and demanded money, showing a gun.

The robber then escaped the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash while walking north on Florida’s Mango Road.

Police said the man appeared to be between 55 and 65 years old and was about 6 feet tall. He wore a black sweatshirt with a red Puma logo, khaki pants, and a gray or blue face mask.
