A New York City townhouse owned by Nina Persson, the lead singer of famed Swedish rock band The Cardigans known as Lovefool, and her husband Nathan Larson, is up for sale for $3.5 million, The Post has learned. .

Persson, located in East Harlem on 1989 Madison Avenue, purchased the six-bedroom, four-bath home in 2007 for $2 million, according to the documents.

Known as The Harlem House, it is currently rented by the same family.
