The first ever EDC cruise will depart from the coast of Florida later this year.

The Electric Daisy Carnival Festival spans over eight countries on four continents, and now its participants are taking to the sea!

EDSea launches in November and will sail for four nights, turning Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Joy into a premium cruise and music festival based on the colorful, eclectic themes of the world’s largest electronic dance music festival.

The EDC cruise will depart from Miami and head to destinations in the Bahamas before returning to its original port. Guests will have eight nautical-themed stages on board that will provide the soundtrack for the dual music festival and cruise.

There will be 15 venues with themed headliner meetup areas, bars, photo shoots, as well as exclusive tournaments and artist-hosted events.

Some of the activities on board include waterslides, go-karts, laser tag, interactive games, daytime hot tubs, casinos, live performances, comedy shows, yoga, and themed parties.

Some of the music-themed parties include:

Once in the Bahamas, cruisers can enjoy several excursions:

Cabin reservations for the first EDSea can be reserved during the pre-sale period starting January 17th and the general sale will begin on January 27th. Cabins can be reserved with a $100 deposit per person.

The Cruise Experience was launched after production company Insomniac partnered with Sixthman, a company that creates community-inspired resort and seaside experiences.

EDC Las Vegas is the main event of the festival and welcomes 500,000 visitors in May every year.

The round trip cruise departs from November 4 to 8 with stops in Nassau and Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas.

Details on the line-up and full experience of EDSea will be announced in the coming months.
