Supreme Court Leak: Conservatives React to Court’s Failure to Leak Historic Abortion Ruling

Conservatives are reacting to a new U.S. Supreme Court report that says it failed to identify the man who leaked the draft opinion to Politico last year.

A report released by a U.S. Supreme Court Marshal on Thursday said the investigation team was unable to “identify the person responsible for most of the evidence” that leaked the draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley tweeted that the court’s failure to find a culprit is “frightening”.

“The Supreme Court report indicates that they are unable to identify the culprit among more than 80 possible suspects in the Dobbs leak. This confession is almost as scary as the leak itself,” Turley said.
