Super Bowl 2023: The commercials you’ll see at this year’s big game

Many eyes will be on TV screens on Sunday, not only because of Super Bowl LVII, but also because of the commercials.

FOX reported Monday that in-game ads for the big game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles have officially sold out, which is a hot ticket for advertisers.

From liquor brands to packaged foods and streaming services, here are some of the Super Bowl 2023 commercials that the over 100 million people who watch the game every year can watch.

CONNECTED: The Super Bowl commercials are sold out, with most commercials costing between $6 million and $7 million.

And spoiler alert: Maya Rudolph, Bryan Cranston and Sarah MacLachlan are just a few of the many celebrities.

Budweiser Super Bowl 57 promotional video

Budweiser recently released “Six Degrees of Budweiser,” a Super Bowl beer company commercial with commentary by Kevin Bacon. In the 45-second video, a beverage company presents six packs of beer that are distributed to six different people.

Busch Light Super Bowl commercial

Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Sarah MacLachlan takes refuge in a new Busch Light ad at the Super Bowl. In the new campaign, Busch Light’s mascot “Busch Guy” teaches viewers outdoor survival skills before MacLachlan enters, and there is confusion – and a bit of humor – about the shelter theme.

Crown Royal Super Bowl promotional video

This year, Crown Royal announced two commercials ahead of Super Bowl 57 featuring Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl. In the first commercial, Grohl repeats the words “thank you” into a microphone, and in another he finds himself reading a list of random items such as “Hawaiian pizza” and “peanut butter” in disbelief.

PopCorners Super Bowl Promotional Video

This reunion will be appreciated by Breaking Bad fans. Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul reprise their characters in Super Bowl ads for PopCorners. The one-minute clip contains references to the cult television series that won an Emmy Award.

Downy Unstopables Super Bowl commercial

In the new Down Unstopables ad at the Super Bowl, the laundry brand won’t tell us who’s under the sweater, although viewers think it’s definitely Danny McBride. On site, an unnamed celebrity isn’t convinced that Downy Unstopables can keep your clothes fresh for more than 12 weeks. So he says he’ll sniff his sweatshirt until he believes it, even if it lasts until Super Bowl Sunday.

Rakuten Super Bowl promotional video

Keep our mobile phones! Alicia Silverstone reprises her role as Cher Horowitz from the ’90s cult film Clueless in a new Rakuten ad at the Super Bowl. In the commercial, Silverstone recreates several iconic moments from the film, including the famous debate scene. The ad features cameo appearances by Eliza Donovan, who played Amber in the film, alongside fashion designer Christian Siriano.

Michelob Ultra has released a teaser trailer for the much-anticipated Super Bowl commercial featuring NFL golfer Tony Romo. In this clip, the quarterback passes Carl Spuckler, the green keeper who played Bill Murray in the 1980s golf comedy Caddyshack.

M&Ms Super Bowl advertisement

Ahead of the Super Bowl, M&M’S announced that award-winning actress Maya Rudolph will be the star of the brand’s Super Bowl LVII commercial. In the commercial, Rudolf makes a number of changes, including rebranding Ma&Ya’s and adding her face to the outer shell of the chocolates.

Evans said the most Super Bowl the ads sold out much earlier than usual, and by the end of the summer, over 90% of the Super Bowl’s ad inventory was gone as established advertisers competed for top positions. But other places sold more slowly. This was partly due to the collapse of the crypto space, as well as advertisers’ general concerns about the global economy, according to Evans.

Super Bowl 57 will take place on Sunday, February 12, 2023 on FOX. The start is scheduled for 6:30 pm ET.
