Son for former Cowboys QB Jon Kitna arrested on child pornography charges

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The son of former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Jon Kitna was arrested on multiple charges related to child pornography on Wednesday.

Jalen Kitna attended Burleson High School before becoming a quarterback at the University of Florida.

He was arrested in Florida and booked on two counts of distribution of child exploitation material and three counts of possession of child pornography.

The 19-year-old Kitna has played in four games for the University of Florida.

His father, Jon Kitna, played for the Cowboys in 2010 and 2011.

He is currently the head football coach at Burleson High School.
