Screening of Valentine’s Day Films at the Huntington Film Center

Join the Huntington Film Center this Friday to watch one of their favorite films, the 2004 cult classic Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. The story follows Joel (Jim Carrey) who is stunned to discover that his girlfriend Clementine (Kate Winslet) has had her memories of their tumultuous relationship erased. In desperation, he contacts the inventor of the process to remove Clementine from his memory. But as Joel’s memories slowly fade, he begins to rediscover his love for Clementine.
We have a selection of other great romantic movies this Valentine’s week, including a special Valentine’s Day screening of Casablanca, as well as screenings of Pride and Prejudice and Twilight.

One of America’s most beloved films, this thrilling war adventure full of romance and intrigue from director Michael Curtis follows Casablanca nightclub owner Rick Blaine (Humphrey Bogart) who discovers his longtime love Ilsa (Ingrid Bergman) in the city with her husband Victor Laszlo (Paul Henreid). Laszlo is a famous rebel, and with the Germans on his tail, Ilsa knows that Rick can help them get out of the country.
