School Board President Prosper ISD Arrested on Charges of Indecent Conduct towards Children, District Says

DALLAS. Independent School District chairman Prosper was arrested on charges of indecent behavior with a child, the district said.

Prosper ISD representatives said in a statement that board president Drew Wilborn was arrested Wednesday by the Dallas Police Department.

Details of his arrest were not released, but the district said it did not appear that Prosper ISD students were involved.

“It would be natural for our community to have questions and we will provide as much information as possible when we can,” the county said in a statement.
