San Jose Earthquakes opens season with new head coach

A new era of earthquakes is dawning in San Jose.

The team returns to the Bay Area this weekend to kick off their home game after kicking off the new season away in Atlanta last week. At the helm of the coaching staff is a new head coach, Luci Gonzalez, who is focused on building a team the Bay Area can be proud of.

“The end result is every team wants to win, every team wants to make the playoffs, but it really depends on how we want to play, how we want to act and what we will do for each other on and off the field. field,” Gonzalez said.
