Report: Justice Department weighs search for more Joe Biden-linked locations for classified documents
According to CBS News, the Department of Justice (DOJ) is considering conducting additional searches for classified documents in other locations linked to President Joe Biden.
The possibility of additional searches came after the Justice Department conducted searches of Biden’s residence in Wilmington on Friday. found According to Biden’s personal lawyer, Bob Bauer, six more items are classified. The content of the classified materials is unknown.
Bauer said Saturday that Biden offered to allow the FBI to conduct a search led by the Justice Department. It is not clear whether Biden proposed allowing the Justice Department to conduct further searches of selected Biden-related locations.
The White House previously said on Jan. 14 that all searches for all classified documents had been completed.
The find, discovered Friday, is in addition to about 25 classified documents found by Biden’s personal lawyers in recent weeks at the Pennsylvania Biden Center and the Biden residence.

On Thursday, Biden said he “has no regrets” about the mishandling of classified material and said “there’s not there.” The classified documents were originally discovered by Biden’s personal lawyers on November 2, days before the midterm elections.
“We are fully cooperating and look forward to a speedy resolution of this issue,” Biden said. “I think you will find that there is nothing there. I do not regret anything. I follow what the lawyers told me what they want me to do. This is exactly what we do. There’s no there.
Washington Post reported that the White House and the Justice Department have agreed to keep the President Joe Biden secret document scandal from the American people until it is leaked to the press, despite their repeated statements about transparency.
Critics wonder why Biden’s personal attorneys were looking for Biden’s illegally hidden documents in the first place. The White House was unable to give an initial reason or motive for the search.
White House officials are reportedly suspicious that the Biden secret document scandal was leaked to the press after only a select group of White House and Justice Department officials knew of the breach.
