Police need help identifying a one-armed, tattooed man found in the Trinity River.

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – The Dallas Police Department needs the public’s help in identifying a one-armed tattooed man found in the Trinity River.

On January 18, a passer-by saw him floating near the Loop 12 boat ramp.

The Dallas County Southwestern Medical Examiner’s Institute has yet to determine who he is.

Police said the man was either white or Hispanic. He is 5ft 7in and his right arm has been surgically amputated. He also had numerous tattoos (pictured above).
