Shots were fired and our victim, our 22-year-old man, fired and he died,” Det. Hernandez said. “We have video of the suspect’s arrival. We have his identity, we have his car that he was in, and we are actively looking for him.”

The police are looking for him, but they don’t expect Frank Crowley at the courthouse.

“Today he did not appear at the hearing. We hoped to find him then. Hernandez explained. “He’s on bail from the County of Dallas for aggravated robbery and he didn’t show up for the trial date.”

Crime Stoppers offered a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to Harris’s arrest.

“We need to take him into custody on this murder warrant and find out what happened,” Det said. Hernandez said.
