PHOTO: Winter storm hits Texas with ice and freezing rain

SAN ANTONIO — A winter explosion has left parts of Texas frozen over due to icy roads, frozen trees and power outages.

A winter storm warning is in effect until Thursday 6 a.m. and the weather is expected to warm up through the weekend.
